I have tried to reach out to your office multiple times for an update on below open query since November 2025 only to find that the last person i followed up with have since left your office.

I am leaving this in review so I get attention to this and can be closed asap.

I need a breakdown of how the refund due to me was calculated at the time of policy termination.

I made the payment of $306.72 on October 15, 2025 for the coverage period Oct 15 to Nov 15. I called on Oct 22nd and terminated the coverage from Oct 23 which is exactly 7 days

If 306.72 is for 4 weeks I should be getting the rest 3 weeks refunded as $230.04

I received refund of only $107.04 and hence need a breakdown of how statefarm derived this refund amount.

I cancelled my policy with statefarm following bad experience with your agents trying to force life insurance policy to reduce my auto insurance rate but when all said and done i just received a higher bill on auto insurance.

I’d appreciate if you can help with the breakdown of refund at the earliest as I have already waited patiently for 10 months already with no reaponse from your office"
